The Level 5 Operations Manager programme helps managers build the confidence and skills to lead teams, improve performance and deliver results. Because learning is applied directly in the workplace, managers begin improving team performance and ways of working while they train.

Course Content
Leading and managing people Learn how to motivate teams, support performance and create a positive working environment. Managing projects and delivering results Plan, organise and deliver projects that help the organisation achieve its goals. Operational management Learn how to manage resources, improve processes and keep day-to-day operations running effectively. Communication and stakeholder management Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with teams, senior leaders and key stakeholders. Managing change and improvement Develop the skills to guide teams through change and improve ways of working. Decision making and problem solving Use data and practical thinking to solve problems and make better management decisions.
