The Level 6 Improvement Leader programme gives experienced professionals the skills to lead change that actually works. Learners develop the confidence to improve processes, involve their teams and deliver measurable results across the organisation. Because the programme is applied in the workplace, improvements begin during the training — not after it. Course Content

Leading organisation-wide improvement Learn how to identify where improvement is needed and lead changes that make the organisation work better. Continuous improvement methods Use proven improvement approaches such as Lean and Six Sigma to fix problems, remove waste and improve processes. Using data to make better decisions Learn how to analyse performance data, measure results and clearly show what has improved. Leading change with confidence Develop the skills to guide teams through change, gain buy-in and keep people focused on improvement. Managing improvement projects and programmes Plan, lead and deliver improvement initiatives that create real impact across teams and departments. Building a culture of improvement Learn how to involve colleagues in improvement activity so teams work together to make things better every day.

How it Works

Training combines online learning, expert masterclasses, real workplace improvement projects, one-to-one coaching and employer-led learning so learners build skills while delivering measurable improvements in their organisation.

Learners must: Be aged 16+ Be working 30+ hours per week in an appropriate role Not currently be enrolled on another funded qualification Not hold a student visa Have been resident in the UK or EEA for 3+ years
