Course Overview
Many organisations rely on team leaders to keep work running smoothly, support staff and deliver results every day. The Level 3 Team Leader programme helps supervisors build the skills and confidence to lead people effectively, organise work and improve team performance. Because learning is applied directly in the workplace, leaders begin improving communication, organisation and productivity while they train.

Course Content
Leading and supporting people Learn how to motivate team members, support performance and create a positive team environment. Managing team performance Understand how to set clear goals, monitor progress and help teams deliver results. Communication and teamwork Develop strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders. Planning and organising work Learn how to prioritise tasks, organise workloads and manage resources effectively. Problem solving and decision making Build confidence to identify issues, make decisions and keep work running smoothly. Supporting change and improvement Learn how to help teams adapt to change and improve ways of working.
How it Works
Training combines online learning, expert masterclasses, real workplace improvement projects, one-to-one coaching and employer-led learning so learners build skills while delivering measurable improvements in their organisation.

Learners must: Be aged 16+ Be working 30+ hours per week in an appropriate role Not currently be enrolled on another funded qualification Not hold a student visa Have been resident in the UK or EEA for 3+ years
